Rent Cost

The SDA Funding in your NDIS plan will be paid to SDA Living Australia.

In addition, tenants will pay the 'Reasonable Rental Contribution' which is 25% of your disability support pension (or equivalent) and 100% of the Commonwealth Rent Assistance.
